MAY 3, 2008: JAKE “THE SNAKE” ROBERTS
Pro Wrestling Fusion had Jake “The SNAKE” Roberts as our guest of the Legend Series on our debut event “Release The Kraken”…..Mr. Roberts made quick work of a mouthy and not so “Classy” Chris Nelson as CCN made the suggestion of Jake selling hot dogs at our next show. Roberts answered CCN with a short armed clothesline followed by the infamous DDT, leaving Nelson lying prime for Damian who slithered all over Nelson’s limp body and even down his pants. Fans went crazy for Jake and gave him an incredible ovation showing their continued support of him and his career after all these years.

JUNE 7, 2008: LARRY ZBYSZKO
This month Pro Wrestling Fusion invited a true class act and “Living Legend” of the squared circle, the one and only Larry Zbyszko to our second event “ENCORE”. Mr. Zbyszko was selling his new book entitled “Welcome To Larryland” the entertaining, often hilarious story of Larry Zbyszko’s remarkable ascent to wrestling notoriety. We at Pro Wrestling Fusion were so very honored and humbled to have such an esteemed guest grace us with his presence and knowledge of the business of professional wrestling. Larry talked mostly about his brilliant career in wrestling and his new book.

JULY 5, 2008: GREG “THE HAMMER” VALENTINE
In July, the Fusion Legends series will host our very first ever Hall Of Famer, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine. Valentine who was inducted into WWE’s Class Of 2004 Hall Of Fame, makes his way to Fusion and we are very pleased to have him at our show. The Hammer has done it all in this business and Fusion allows you to get up close and personal with one of the true legends of the sport.

For almost a decade, one man has dominated the independent wrestling scene, and he is “The Marquee” Bruce Santee.

For almost a decade, one man has dominated the independent wrestling scene, and that man is “The Marquee” Bruce Santee.

Standing at 6 feet 6 inches and weighing in at almost 300 pounds, this behemoth has cast an imposing shadow over the heavyweight division in every company he has set foot in…with the only light being the glimmer of the gold belt that eventually finds it’s way around his waist.

Bruce revels in the pain he can inflict upon his opponents, not just of the physical trauma variety but of the psychological variety as well. If “Total Devastation” were an art form, “The Marquee” would be a master, working in the mediums of brutality, intimidation, and mind games. Possessing an uncanny knack for aggravating his foes, this self professed “villain” would just as soon launch into a verbal assault as inflict bruises, contusions and hematomas.

Bruce is ALWAYS accompanied by the beautiful Amy Love, a gentle soul who does not seem to approve of many of “The Marquees” underhanded tactics…tactics that more than once, have used Amy as a key to victory. What kind of a man would put a delicate woman in danger for his own personal gains?

Ask Bruce Santee.

Though, undoubtedly talented, this loose canon is on his way to Pro Wrestling Fusion which leaves a few nagging questions:

Is Bruce gunning for yet another title?

Or is this sadist just looking to serve up his own special brand of pain to some unlucky opponent?

Nobody knows…but one thing is certain: With the name Bruce Santee on the Marquee…broken bodies and shattered dreams are not that far behind.

There’s an old saying that has been repeated for decades: “Big things come in small packages”. Never has this adage been more relevant than when talking about “Mr.630” Jerelle Clark.

There’s an old saying that has been repeated for decades: “Big things come in small packages”. Never has this adage been more relevant than when talking about “Mr.630” Jerrelle Clark.

One of the most physically gifted athletes of his generation, Jerrelle has been amazing the wrestling world with his unique combination of innovative high-risk maneuvers and masterful grappling techniques.

Every time this man steps into the squared circle he has the ability to steal the show; if he’s not tying his opponent into a human pretzel, he’s flying through the air with incredible agility that would put your favorite neighborhood Spider-Man to shame.

As the innovator of the “630” splash, a maneuver in which this diminutive daredevil sends his body end over end for an astonishing one and three quarter revolutions, Jerrelle Clark has NO FEAR of putting his life at risk in the name of competition. With his lack of self-preservation, his willingness to face any opponent, and his “win or die” attitude, Jerrelle is ALWAYS only one gravity-defying leap away from victory. Possessing the tools to dominate a VERY talented cruiserweight division, the question isn’t: Will Jerrelle Clark make an impact in Pro Wrestling Fusion…

The real question is: When?

In the latter half of the twentieth century, there was a man that terrorized the wrestling world; even the mere mention of his name struck fear into the opponents and fans alike. That man, that name, was The Sheik.

In the latter half of the twentieth century, there was a man that terrorized the wrestling world; even the mere mention of his name struck fear into the opponents and fans alike. That name…that man, was…

The Sheik

Fast forward to the new millennium, the man is with us no more but the name and the spirit remain. After almost a decade of dormancy, that bloody spirit has been awakened in the body of a new host. The name is now instilling fear into a new generation; a new man is perpetuating the legacy of violence and mayhem in the same manner as his predecessor.

The name of The Sheik is again being uttered in whispers…much in the same way one would speak about the boogeyman or the Devil…hushed whispers of men afraid that saying the name aloud would bring this demon upon them.

This new incarnation of The Sheik has been tested by the eras hardest men…men with names like New Jack, Axl Rotten and Billy Gunn. Men who in their own right deserve the fear and respect of their peers. With the return of The Sheik and already laying waste to wrestling world…is there anybody brave enough to stand up to this Dervish of Destruction?

There are rumors of a man who has the courage, the strength, and the skill to do so. A man whose name ALSO elicits emotions in those that hear it…emotions like hope and righteousness, emotions like empowerment! The name belongs to a man who runs from nothing…

A man who stands for liberty and faces adversity head on. That man is…

The Freedom Rider…and he is watching.

Over the years, professional wrestling has seen it’s fair share of unique characters; there have been giants, moon men, dead men, boogie men, there has even been vampires and zombies, but I don’t know if the wrestling world has witnessed anything quite like King Kong Fu.

Over the years, professional wrestling has seen it’s fair share of unique characters; there have been giants, moon men, dead men, boogie men, there has even been vampires and zombies, but I don’t know if the wrestling world has witnessed anything quite like King Kong Fu. King Kong Fu is relatively new to the wrestling scene but this combat athlete seems ready and poised to blaze his own trail with Pro Wrestling Fusion. Standing at 6’3” and weighing well over 300 pounds, King Kong Fu moves with a grace and dexterity the belies his gargantuan frame. So when the webmaster for Pro Wrestling Fusion asked me to interview this behemoth, I jumped at the chance to interview, what could be, wrestling’s next big star…I really didn’t know what I was getting in to.
Interviewer: Hello, umm, do I call you King? Or Mr. Fu?

King Kong Fu: Chill, baby…just call me what my friends call me, Fu.

I:Thanks. Well, Fu, my first question is this: How have you prepared for the level of competition that Pro Wrestling Fusion has to offer?

KKF: Ah, man, wrestling is not that much different from dancing. Whenever you’re out on those tiles, it’s a battle, a war, and I’m going to teach the other cats in Fusion, that not only does King Kong Fu look good…but he can get down with the beat down…can you dig?

I: Yes, but how have you prepared yourself…physically?

KKF: Brother…I am out there, every night, doing my thang on the dance floor. I’m moving my hips, shaking my caboose, letting it all hang out. You’d be surprised by how tough it is dancing with all those fine, foxy mama’s all night. Then, you have some jive turkey come up in your face, challenging your manhood and all…and sometimes a simple “Rodeo” or “Hustle” just doesn’t do the trick. You’ve got to be quick on your feet, ya dig? You’ve got to be ready to look at the man in the eye and say, “This is MY floor, and you’re going to have to kill me to get me to stop boogieing. In addition to doing “my thang”, ya dig, is my extensive training in the martial arts.

I: What disciplines do you have experience in?

KKF: See now brother, what I’ve done, is taken different the techniques from all the different forms and mixed them up to make a new discipline: Karat-itsu Fu. See, I’m my own man, ya dig? And just like my main soul brother, Mr. Bruce Lee, I’ve decided to blaze my own trail.

I: Hmm…interesting. Are there any techniques you could show me?

KKF: I could, man, but you know, these forms have only one function, and that’s to whoop ass…and I don’t think you want me to show you something that could mess up those fly threads you’re wearing…am I right?

I: Sure thing Fu, I appreciate your discretion. Now, I’d like to move on to the word association segment of the interview. I’m going to throw out some names and you tell me what you think.

KKF: That’s cool, brother.

I: Bruce Santee
KKF: He’s a big, mean cat, ya dig? Unfortunately for him, he has no styyyle.

I: Scott Commodity
KKF: Maaaaan, that dude’s from right out of a comic book.

I: The Sheik
KKF: That’s one CRAZY dude, he needs to mellow out, you know…just chiiiill.

I: The Fusion Bombs
KKF: I got some moves for the foxes…out on the dance floor, ya dig?

I: Erick Stevens
KKF: Doesn’t that cat know that punk is dead? He needs to let that hair grow out…come hang with me down at club. I’ll have that dude shucking and jiving in now time.

I: Bruiser Bradley
KKF: He’s got that cowboy than going, you know, it works for him…

I: Well, Fu, thank you for taking the time out of your day to talk with me.
KKF: C’mon, brother…it’s all gravy.

I: Is there anything you’d like to say to the Fusion fans out there.

KKF: Yeah, dude, I just want all those fans to prepare themselves for a grooving good time at Fusion…I’ll be there rockin’ n rollin’, slammin’ and jammin’, and shuckin’ and jivin’…So I guress I have just one question for Fusion fans…

CAN… YOU… DIGG IT?

Progress.

For an industry to survive it must advance beyond it’s own present standard. Progress cannot happen without two important elements:

IMAGINATION and INNOVATION

Enter Pro Wrestling Fusion. A company that has the courage to think outside of the box of conventional wrestling. A company willing to introduce new and innovating ideas while holding to the belief that sometimes it is necessary to take two steps back in order to make a quantum leap forward.

What is Pro Wrestling Fusion? It is not just a company…it’s a vision; a vision of what professional wrestling SHOULD have become without manipulation for ratings or personal gain. Pro Wrestling Fusion is the purification of a tainted industry that has labored far too long from the poisons that it was forced to ingest.

Filtered out are egos.

Filtered out is greed.

Filtered out are the pretenders.

Leaving behind professional wrestling at its purest form.

Welcome to the movement…

Welcome to PRO WRESTLING FUSION!
