This mantra has become VERY common on the Florida independent wrestling scene as Chris Jones has become one of the BRIGHTEST up and comers the state has seen in a long, long time.

Chris Jones, who doesn’t turn 18 until October, has been a fixture in wrestling rings around Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina since the tender age of sixteen! At a time where most kids his age are studying to get their drivers license and studying Algebra II…Chris Jones has been pursuing a DIFFERENT kind of education.

Blessed with uncanny balance and amazing athletic ability…this future star has come a long way in a SHORT time…

He has held the Luchacore Title in Pro Wrestling Fusion since its inception…turning back the challenges of the likes of Jack Manley, “Mr.630”Jarelle Clark, and most recently…a pair of hard fought victories over the bigger and more experienced Chris Grey.

What sets Chris Jones apart from the rest of his peers isn’t his wrestling…it’s not his body or brain…even though they are a part of the package…it’s his HEART and HUNGER that makes Chris the ring sensation that he is…this kid NEVER gives up and takes on ALL comers!

He has been beaten up, beaten down, and been knocked out…but this kid keeps getting up and moving forward…and it is this resiliency that has kept the PWF Luchacore championship around his waist for the better part of a YEAR!

With all the noise Chris Jones has made in PWF…he has garnered the attention from some of the larger companies…

Chris has had some good showings in FIP…Ring of Honor’s sister promotion…and continues to impress the ROH officials…

He has ALSO popped up on the radar of the WWE…that’s right…WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT…as he has been tapped for a tryout in November when the international wrestling company tours Florida in November.

There is a rumor circulating that Chris Jones may be one of the youngest wrestlers to EVER be asked to tryout for the WWE…as he will turn 18 just WEEKS before he travels to Tampa for his debut…

Impressive to say the least!

Pro Wrestling Fusion expects big things from this young star in the future…not only at home…but if his track record is any indication…it won’t be long until we’re tuning in on Monday or Friday night’s to watch our Florida-grown boy entertain…
