There are no returns. We have a strict exchange policy. You can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size. You must send it back to the store address in Florida dated within 5 business days of receiving it. The item has to be in brand new condition. The item does get inspected by a real person when we get it back. Sending it back is at your expense. Thanks!
